We currently deliver to customers in the United States only.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@taylorandcarmen.com. Cancellations are generally possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original packaging
  • Have all original tags attached

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately.
Email us at support@taylorandcarmen.com with a clear photo of the issue, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or a refund.
